- Bedroom
- Scenes
Four so-called "scenes" can be set individually for all rooms on the glass push-buttons. This means that you can simply select the appropriate scene for the current use of the room (e.g. watching TV, sleeping, relaxing) and do not have to operate all the lighting circuits and blinds manually. As the feel-good atmosphere varies greatly from person to person - especially the brightness when sleeping - the scenes can be saved once the desired situation has been set.
In the bedrooms, one scene also includes the lighting in the bathroom.
The scenes have symbols and are named as follows.
The following settings can be defined for each scene.
- Lighting on/off and brightness
- the height of the blind and the angle of the slats
The Selecting a scene is done by briefly pressing the + or - button.
To the Saving a scene proceed as follows.
Select the scene you want to save on the glass push-button, set all lighting circuits and the blinds to your personal preference and then press and hold the + or - button for approx. 3 seconds until the LED lights up green. The scene is now saved.
The presence detector is only active in the scene "Regular" active, i.e. the lighting only switches on or off automatically when this scene is selected.
- Glass push button
For reasons of hygiene, glass buttons are installed throughout the villa, which are of course sanitised before every guest change.
This allows all functions for lighting, blinds, room temperature, scenes, etc. to be operated. Operation is largely intuitive thanks to symbols and labelling on the display.
- Glass buttons next to the beds
The most important function of these buttons is to tell the automatic system that you want to sleep. This can be done conveniently using the so-called "pat function". To do this, you pat the button with the flat of your hand.
The following then happens:
The brightness, lighting and blinds are set according to the values saved in the "Sleep" scene. From now on, the presence detector is deactivated, i.e. the light no longer switches on or off automatically. The air conditioning runs at maximum level 1. are used to control the blinds so that you can move to the desired position in the morning or evening without getting up. The button | sets the "Regular" scene, which means that the "Sleep" scene is ended in the morning and the presence detector is active again.
The button calls up the "TV" scene
- Glass push-button on the room door
All room functions can be operated centrally using the glass push-button on the room door.
The following information is displayed in standby mode:
- Time of day
- Wind speed
- Indoor and outdoor temperature

Lighting
The plain text labelling on the display (e.g. Bed, Entrance, LED stripe) makes it easy to assign the push-buttons to the lighting circuits. A lighting circuit is activated by briefly pressing the + button is switched on and a short press of the - button is switched off.
Dimming works by pressing and holding the +/– button until the desired brightness is reached. The percentage indicator on the display shows the brightness status. In addition, the symbols for "Off" and
the switching status is displayed for "On".
Second operating level
The glass buttons have two operating levels. You can reach the second level by pressing the bottom right-hand corner (see red arrow).
- Venetian blind
The blind is closed with a long press (> 1 second) on the buttons to raise or lower the blind completely. If you want to stop the blind in a centre position, simply press the or button while the blind is moving.
With a short press of the buttons, the slats are opened or closed in small steps. Of course, this only works if the blind is not currently moving up or down.
The two percentage indicators in the display show the position of the blind and the angle of the slats. Here, 100% means the blind or slats are fully closed. With a display of 50%, the slats are approximately horizontal
A status display with the following symbols is also shown
Automatic shading
The blinds are equipped with automatic shading. The blinds are moved all the way down and the slats are adjusted according to the angle of incidence of the sun so that the best possible view is provided and at the same time no sunlight hits the panes. This has a very positive effect on the energy required for air conditioning. As the angle of incidence of the sun changes constantly throughout the day, the angle of the slats is automatically readjusted.
- Glass push-button in the bathroom
The following functions can be operated using the glass push-button in the bathroom.
Lighting and blinds
The function is analogue to the glass push-button on the room door.
Air conditioning
The air conditioning regulates fully automatically to the set room temperature.
This can be operated using the glass button in the bathroom with the +/– Buttons next to the symbol can be set in 0.5°C increments from 18 to 27°C. The temperature displays next to "act" and "set" show the set desired temperature (set) and the current room temperature (act).

The bathrooms in the basement (rooms 6 & 7) are equipped with fan ventilators as there is no window. The fan is switched on automatically when you enter the room and switched off again on a timer. However, it can also be switched on and off manually using a button. To do this, simply press the button next to the "Fan" labelling.

- Wardrobe
The interior lighting of the wardrobes is equipped with motion detectors. So you don't need to operate any switches, the light switches on and off automatically.
Please handle the sliding wardrobe doors with care and do not allow them to slam shut. Slight pushing is sufficient, the doors have dampers and pull themselves into the end position automatically.
- Desk lamp
The desk lamp is dimmable. A short press of the button switches the lamp on and off, a long press dims the lamp.
- Bedside lamps
The bedside lamps actually work quite conventionally and are switched on and off using a small toggle switch.
